EU companies (outside Germany) with a valid VAT identification number are supplied without German VAT. Business customers can enter their VAT ID when opening an account.

Delivery to non-EU countries is made without German VAT. However, customs duties and customs clearance fees may be incurred for the import, which you must pay in addition to the total amount payable to us (invoice amount) for the import. You can obtain detailed information on this from your customs office (e.g. Switzerland https://www.bazg.admin.ch). The shipping costs for non-EU countries are therefore indicated in the list with gross = net.

Private customers in Germany and the EU are supplied with 19% VAT.
